To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization (“RA” number). Please note that we do not back order. If the requested items are not in stock by the time we process your RA, your credit card will be refunded for the value of the items returned to our warehouse to avoid further delay on your request. In this case the 15% restocking fee will be waived.
Please include with return your mailing address, daytime phone number and mobile number (if applicable). Please also include a copy of your order confirmation and RA number along with the purchase order number located on the top right corner of your original purchase invoice (P.O. number).
Pack your items in the original shipping box, insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it via United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. We offer free shipping on all purchases, returns and exchanges for orders delivered within the US and Canada.
